Smaller buildings, SMEs must install EV charging points, leaked EU rules update says

Smaller buildings and small to medium-sized enterprises will be required to install electric-vehicle charging infrastructure to slash emissions from existing structures, according to a draft of the European Commission’s updated energy efficiency legislation.
