Slovenia fails again to transpose GDPR due to delays in national law

Slovenia’s national privacy legislation to implement the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation has been delayed again. The government’s initial expectations to pass the law in June didn't materialize as the justice ministry is still processing consultation responses to the draft bill, a spokesperson for the ministry told MLex.
