Sky says UK’s Ofcom made flawed decision over TV end-of-contract notifications decision

Sky told a UK judge today that telecom regulator Ofcom's approach was flawed when it decided last August that the media company broke obligations over end-of-contract notifications to pay-television customers.
The parties are at a two-day appeal hearing at the Competition Appeal Tribunal.
