Sika's MBCC acquisition cleared in Australia, subject to remedies

Chemical-admixture company Sika’s plans to acquire MBCC Group have cleared a key regulatory hurdle in Australia, after the country’s antitrust regulator said that it wouldn’t oppose the merger, subject to a court-enforceable undertaking.
