Siemens, Alstom, others fined EUR127 million for 15 years of Spanish rail bid rigging

Siemens, Alstom and other companies accounting for most of Spain's market for railway security, signaling and communications are facing a Spanish antitrust fine of 127.3 million euros ($148 million) for rigging bids on 82 public tenders cumulatively worth more than 4.1 billion euros over 15 years.

Businesses fined also include Nokia
