Shell's antitrust dispute with Changlin ruled non-arbitrable by China's top court

China's Supreme Court has affirmed that Shell's antitrust dispute with its local distributor Changlin is non-arbitrable. The ruling comes almost simultaneously as the top court issued revised judicial interpretations clarifying its jurisdiction over antitrust disputes involving arbitration clauses.
