Shell's abuse case draws protest from China's top prosecuting office against court ruling

The dominance-abuse case in China against oil-and-gas giant Shell has drawn an unusual protest from the country's top prosecuting office over a ruling by the Beijing High Court.
This marks the first time that China’s top prosecuting officers have intervened in an antitrust lawsuit.
