Servier, Mylan, Teva spar with EU regulator over patent settlements at bloc's top court

Les Laboratoires Servier and the European Commission clashed today at the EU's top court over patent settlement deals that prompted hundreds of millions of euros of fines.

The hearing at the EU Court of Justice also involves makers of generic drugs including Mylan, Teva and Lupin.
