Servier, Krka illicitly carved up European market for perindopril, EU Commission tells court

Les Laboratoires Servier's patent settlement with generic drugmaker Krka was a horizontal market-sharing agreement banned by the EU treaties, the European Commission told the EU's top court today.
The regulator is at the EU Court of Justice trying to overturn a lower court ruling that largely upheld a 2014 antitrust
