Serbia’s NIS files HIP Petrohemija development plan for EU review

Oil and gas company Naftna Industrija Srbije has requested EU approval to raise its ownership share in petrochemicals business HIP Petrohemija to 90 percent, according to an update today on the European Commission's register of deals.
The EU regulator has set a Sept. 28 deadline to decide on the transaction.
