Self-regulating Big Tech may have limitations, Japanese digital panel says

An examination of the way Big Tech companies deal with smaller Japanese businesses under a platform-to-business law has found limitations in the reporting of self-preferencing.
The regulated companies' voluntary measures are being examined by monitoring panel members of the Japanese industry ministry.
