Section 232 national security tariffs are ‘standard’ duties, not ‘special’ duties, US Federal Circuit rules

Section 232 national security tariffs don't qualify as “special” import duties, like Section 201 safeguard duties, but should be classified as “standard” or “general US import duties,” according to the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
