Sealand Maersk, Evergreen appeal KFTC freight-rate cartel fine

Sealand Maersk Asia and Evergreen Marine Corporation filed an appeal to the Seoul High Court in May to challenge the fines imposed by the South Korean competition watchdog for the companies’ collusion on freight rates on sea routes between South Korea and Southeast Asia, MLex has learned.
