Say ‘no’ to last-minute change to EU car-emissions rules, staff tell next EU commissioner

A candidate to become one of the next European Commissioners should rebuff calls to change the 2025 and 2035 emission reduction targets for cleaner cars and vans, the European Commission’s directorate general for climate action has suggested in a 121-page document seen by MLex.
