Samsung's Lee receives jail time for soliciting bribes to former South Korean president Park

Samsung Electronics vice chairman and heir to the Samsung Group Lee Jae-yong has been sentenced to two years and six months in jail, in a court verdict that found him guilty of soliciting bribes to former South Korean President Park Geun-hye and her friend.
