Salesforce-Slack deal cleared in Australia after regulator finds little competitive overlap

Salesforce.com’s $27.7 billion deal to acquire the workplace-messaging platform Slack has cleared a public merger review in Australia, after the country’s competition watchdog found little competitive overlap between the two companies.
