Salesforce receives Austrian approval for Slack deal

  • 03 Mar 2021 06:29 has won approval in Austria for its takeover of workplace messaging platform Slack, the Austrian Competition Authority said today.
The watchdog said on an update to its register that it had decided not to refer the $27.7 billion deal to the country’s cartel court for an in-depth review.
