Sabre loses further disclosure bid ahead of UK's CMA court challenge

Sabre has failed in its bid to get further disclosure from the UK’s competition regulator, ahead of its upcoming challenge of the watchdog’s block of its merger with Farelogix.

The air-ticketing technology company had requested the disclosure of certain unredacted paragraphs and supporting footnotes relating to evidence gathered from competitors, airlines and travel
