Sabre, Farelogix, DOJ tell judge UK’s provisional decision should have no impact on US court's timing, ruling

Lawyers for the US Department of Justice, Sabre and Farelogix told the federal judge presiding over their antitrust trial that a provisional ruling by the the UK antitrust authority Friday should have no impact on his ruling or the timing of his opinion.
