SAAM Towage tells CADE deal with Starnav will result in overlaps, vertical integration in harbor towage, container shipping

The Brazilian subsidiary of Chile-based towage operator SAAM Towage has told the national competition authority that its planned acquisition of 21 tugs from Starnav will result in overlaps in the harbor towage market in ports in the cities of Paranaguá, Rio Grande, São Luís and Vitória.
