S&P Global Platts' winning bid was 'advantageous," National Petroleum Agency tells Brazil’s CADE

The Brazilian National Agency of Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels (ANP) has told the Brazilian competition authority that the S&P Global Platts’ winning bid in an electronic auction proved to be “extremely advantageous” financially.
