Ryanair lodges case against SAS recapitalization in EU court

Ryanair has lodged a challenge at the EU General Court against Denmark and Sweden’s recapitalization of SAS, saying it was not “necessary, appropriate and proportionate” to address a serious disturbance in their national economies, MLex has learned.
