Ryanair continues fight against Swedish airline aid with appeal to EU's top court

Ryanair has taken its challenge of Sweden’s Covid-19 airline aid to the EU's highest court, MLex has learned.

The Irish budget carrier lodged the appeal yesterday, MLex understands, asking the EU Court of Justice to reverse the General Court’s February judgment that rejected its case (see here).
