Ryanair challenges Lufthansa's EUR6 billion Covid injection at EU court

Ryanair has lodged an appeal at the EU General Court against approval of Germany’s massive 6 billion-euro recapitalization ($7.2 million) of Lufthansa, MLex has learned.

The European Commission approved the aid package in June 2020, saying it was in line with the conditions set out in the temporary framework for Covid-1
