Ryanair challenges EU decision reapproving part of Condor aid from German state

Ryanair has brought a new challenge to one of the EU’s re-adopted decisions approving German aid to its rival Condor, MLex has learned.
Last June, the EU's General Court annulled an April 2020 decision from the European Commission approving funds for Condor, based on a provision of the EU treaty
