Ryanair challenges Brussels Airlines Covid-19 aid at EU court

Ryanair has lodged an appeal at the EU General Court against approval of a Belgian Covid-19 loan for SN Group, the owner of Brussels Airlines, MLex has learned.

The European Commission approved a subsidized loan of 287.1 million euros ($350 million) and an equity injection of 2.9 million euros in August 2020, saying
