Ryanair challenges another EU decision reapproving German Condor aid

Ryanair has brought a new challenge to another of the EU’s re-adopted decisions approving German Covid-19 aid to its rival Condor, MLex has learned.
In June 2021, the EU's General Court annulled an April 2020 decision from the European Commission approving funds for Condor, based on the EU treaty exception
