Ryanair adds SAS loan guarantees to its string of EU court state-aid challenges

Ryanair has lodged two appeals at the EU’s lower-tier court against the bloc's approval of Covid-19 loan guarantees given to Scandinavian Airlines by Denmark and Sweden, MLex has learned.
The guarantees to SAS, each worth 137 million euros ($154 million), were approved by the European Commission under an EU treaty
