Russian, Moroccan phosphate fertilizer imports harm US industry, domestic producers tell USITC

US producers of phosphate fertilizers told the US International Trade Commission today that imports of the product from Morocco and Russia have harmed domestic industry.

Patrick McLain, an attorney for Minnesota-based fertilizer producer Mosaic Co., told the USITC that the health of Mosaic’s US production operations and the US industry as a whole
