Russia returns to US non-market economy list following Commerce’s synthetic rubber antidumping investigation

The US Commerce Department today moved Russia back to its list of non-market economies following the conclusion of the agency’s antidumping duty investigation for emulsion styrene-butadiene rubber from the Czech Republic and Russia.
