Ruling on automobile global joint venture postponed by Brazil CADE's Tribunal

A ruling on the proposed joint venture between German-based carmakers Mercedes-Benz, BMW and Volkswagen, as well as eight major auto parts firms, has been postponed by the Brazilian competition authority.
At today’s ruling session, agency Councilor Gustavo Augusto Freitas de Lima, who is overseeing the case at the Tribunal, said
