Royal Química, Cempre, five individuals fined in resin cartel probe in Brazil

Resinmaker Royal Química and education firm Cempre Apoio Educacional, as well as five individuals, have been fined a total 46.8 million reais ($9.7 million) for their part in a Brazilian resin cartel probe.
The Tribunal of the Administrative Council for Economic Defense, or CADE, today fined Royal Química 43.1 million
