Rival class claims targeting Amazon to compete to advance to trial in UK

Two rival class actions targeting Amazon over an alleged abuse of power over online marketplaces will compete to advance to trial at a hearing in November.
The Competition Appeal Tribunal will hear the “carriage dispute” between the competing suits over two days from Nov. 11.
