Retroactive duties on imports of Chinese small vertical shaft engines sustained by US trade court

The US International Trade Commission was correct to find the presence of “critical circumstances,” a potentially harmful surge in imports shortly before duties on small vertical shaft engines from China took effect, the Court of International Trade ruled today.
