Repsol petrol contracts trigger EU court review of proof in national antitrust decisions

A fight between Repsol and petrol stations over the legality of contracts will see EU judges decide what value to give to proof laid out in antitrust decisions adopted by national watchdogs.

The case rests on whether a previous decision in Spain that found Repsol's contracts with petrol stations were illegal
