Renfe sees EU antitrust concerns move to formal probe, in prelude to possible settlement

Spanish railway company Renfe has drawn a formal EU antitrust probe over allegations it withholds key data and tickets from online ticket sellers (see here).
The European Commission investigation opens the door for Renfe to try to settle the inquiry, something it has said it is trying to do.
