Reliance on parent company hampered Robinhood Crypto’s compliance program, New York regulators say

Robinhood Crypto LLC was reliant on its parent company and affiliates "for substantial aspects of its compliance program," an approach that led to problems because they had failed to address risks applicable to licensed virtual currency businesses, New York state regulators said today.
