Rede D’Or-SulAmérica deal unconditionally cleared in Brazil

Hospital chain Rede D’Or’s planned purchase of health insurer SulAmérica has received the Brazilian antitrust nod without conditions. The parties can close their deal 15 days after the approval is published in the country’s official journal, which occurred today.
