Rede D'Or-SulAmérica deal poised to receive unconditional approval in Brazil

Brazil-based hospital chain Rede D'Or São Luiz's planned buyout of health insurer SulAmérica is poised to receive antitrust clearance in Brazil, MLex has learned.
