Rapid trade-dispute system under North America pact can be replicated, says incoming US Senate Finance chief Wyden

The updated North American trade pact’s new dispute-settlement mechanism, developed to quickly resolve labor disputes between US and Mexican parties, can serve as a trade-enforcement model for other agreements, US Democratic Senator Ron Wyden, who will soon chair the Finance Committee, said today.
