Qualcomm to contest EU ‘predatory pricing’ fine at March court hearing

Qualcomm will try to persuade EU judges to throw out another antitrust fine against it at a three-day court hearing in March, MLex has learned.
The chipmaker was fined 242 million euros ($255 million) in 2019 for pricing practices that forced Icera, a competitor, out of the market.
