Qualcomm antitrust case over chip pricing heads for US summary judgment hearing in July

Qualcomm, facing a stripped-down US antitrust lawsuit from a proposed class of consumers after a California federal judge dismissed parts of the case, will argue on July 20 for a summary judgment against the remaining allegations that it engaged in exclusive dealing.
