PSA, Fiat seek to avoid deal’s reconsideration by CADE Tribunal in Brazil

Groupe PSA and Fiat have met councilors at the Brazilian competition authority’s Tribunal to review questions about their deal’s potential competition risks, MLex has learned, in an attempt to avoid having the transaction get a second look by the Tribunal — which would likely push a ruling to February.
