PSA-Fiat deal faces potential review by CADE’s Tribunal following Councilor Prado's request

Groupe PSA's proposed acquisition of Fiat Chrysler could face additional review by the Brazilian competition authority’s Tribunal.

Councilor Lenisa Rodrigues Prado asked to review the deal again, after it was unconditionally cleared by the Superintendence of the Administrative Council for Economic Defense, or CADE.

The request puts the deal on hold for closing
