Provisional deal on ETS revamp, green border tariffs reached by EU Parliament’s biggest parties

A provisional agreement on a revamp of the EU's Emissions Trading System and the linked "green" tariff on certain imports was reached overnight by negotiators from the three largest political groups in the European Parliament, several lawmakers announced this morning.
