Provincial agencies in China launch new measures to scrap anticompetitive policies

A number of China’s provincial competition agencies have released a new plan that will guide local agencies to remove policies that fail to comply with the country’s fair competition review mechanism, which requires all levels of government to review existing and upcoming policies to make sure they are not anticompetitive.
