Protection of Strabag’s Austrian whistleblower confessions lands at EU court

A fight between construction company Strabag and Austria’s antitrust enforcer over the protection afforded to cartel confessions has reached the EU’s top judges, with a national court seeking guidance on whether criminal enforcers and damage claimants can get sight of the sensitive documents.
