Private Google digital-ad antitrust litigation likely to survive motion to dismiss, US judge says

Google is unlikely to get private antitrust litigation thrown out at the motion-to-dismiss stage, the US judge in the case said today. 

The suit accuses the company of monopolizing the digital advertising market, and while the plaintiffs need to amend their complaint to clarify issues such as market definition and their allegations
