Pratt & Whitney outsourcing director led no-poach conspiracy with supplier firms, US DOJ tells jury

Mahesh Patel, who led an outsourcing department at aerospace firm Pratt & Whitney, led a conspiracy in which he and five co-defendants agreed to suppress wages and prevent engineers from moving jobs, the US Department of Justice told a federal jury during opening statements today in a criminal antitrust case.
