Pornography group's challenge to Utah age-verification law should be dismissed, Utah says

Utah's attorney general is urging a federal court to dismiss a lawsuit seeking to stop the state from enforcing a new age-verification law for adult websites, arguing that state officials don’t have enforcement authority.  
The law is enforced by an individual private right of action, not the state attorney
